11. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. We, not they, are responsible for the service and its content, maintenance, support, and any claims about it. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you as third-party beneficiaries, and you must also follow the App Store's usage rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We post every change in the app, with what changes and why. Changes that aren't unfavorable to you take effect when posted; unfavorable changes take effect at least 7 days after we announce them. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before they take effect. Where the law requires your agreement, we ask for it before your next upload.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of British Columbia. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, including any right they give you to bring a claim in your local courts.
